In the not-so-far future technology evolved to the step it entertwined with magic. The so-called 'Technomage' era started as a type of electric mutated magic appeared, few people born after it surfaced showed sings of being able to use it. Where's power there's a fight for it. After the 3rd world war, as known as the 'magic war' the magic wielding population decreased dramatically, just a few magic-blooded families remaining. One of them is Tsubasa. Aoki and Satoshi Tsubasa are 2 of the last pure magic wielders which will have to find a way to free the locked magic as life goes harder and harder for the suppressed magic-less population, controlled by the magic clans.

Also most of the name is in Chinese Pin Yin, but if the name can be translated to a proper English name, I will use that. Oh ya, someone already done this comic before here, but she/he kind of just post the comic and wrote their feelings. I'm going to write out the whole comic in words and posting some pictures on the way.
