After the 3rd world war, as known as the 'magic war' the magic wielding population decreased dramatically, just a few magic-blooded families remaining. One of them is Tsubasa. Aoki and Satoshi Tsubasa are 2 of the last pure magic wielders which will have to find a way to free the locked magic as life goes harder and harder for the suppressed magic-less population, controlled by the magic clans.
