Blonde hair shaking. "Pearl, please. Explain to me! I promise you can tell anything to us, to me!" Warning: This book is a sequel, read Wings Dipped in Poison first. Also, this book description contains spoilers for book 1. The moon was getting bigger by the day and the hermits continued to panic over the looming threat, meanwhile Grian struggles through a series of death games that are a bit more traumatic than he'd like to admit , Mumbo deals with his potato problems and Pearl travels to a different server and meets a charming man with crystal blue hair. And far, far away, two former Evolutoinists begin listener training.

Sausage was cured from the corruption. Gem killed him, making him free from the corruption. Xornoth should've killed her, right? But he didn't. He was tired of spreading corruption, well at least to the empires. One day he saw Gem, going through this massive portal. There was a sign that said "To HermitCraft". Hmm. A new target. Xornoth thought. He went through the portal, teleporting to a new land. This new land was big. There were many buildings, big and small. This was his target. "No!" Grian called out, as violet eyes disappeared from view. His friends were gone. Taken by the ones who ruined a world he once loved, the ones who had destroyed Evo. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Everyone in Boatem but Grian is taken from the void by the Watchers. Grian is left alone, and goes to search for them. Meanwhile his friends are trapped in a cage of end stone and purpur, stripped of items and gear. The watchers decide to 'experiment ' on the players.

Grian wasn't one for teams, he didn't enjoy sports, he hated theater, thought playing an instrument was boring, and couldn't catch anything to save his life, so, he didn't join any. But when he finds out that he can't graduate with his class unless he takes an extracurricular Grian scrambles to find something to do. After getting hit in the face with a basketball 4 times he puts the idea of sports to rest. One day Grian's twin sister Pearl cashes in an I-O-U from when they were kids, leading Grian to be forced to sing for her band Boatem, in place of their old lead singer. Grian realizes pretty quickly that maybe being in a team isn't as bad as he originally thought.

Grian thinks he's just going on a peaceful flight around boatem, unfortunately for him, phantoms have other plans. good thing scar is around to help set in season 8 can be seen as romantic or platonic (cover art is not mine)

Jimmy doesn't like Christmas and neither does he like his town so he moves. Scott just so happens to life in the town he moves to. Happy Holidays. He had been careful, he had covered his tracks, avoided update portals, kept his scorching magic under his skin, even as it bubbles and sears his veins into charcoal. Grian had done everything in his ability to keep the Watcher's unaware of his location. He just hadn't accounted on attracting something else's attention. It's the start of S8, Mumbo and Grian have decided to base together with a couple other people. Throughout their journey through S8 they realise the moon is getting bigger and a lot new theories sprout in the server. In the process they find a new feeling that they've never felt for eachother. This story will consist of Fluff and possibly some Angst. (TW will be at the start of a chapter if it includes that trigger warning) Hope you enjoy! ~ Sculk

"Grian was sitting on Treesa's shoulder, looking into the bright, sunlit ocean. A slight breeze shook his feathers, as he felt Treesa lifting someone up next to him. He continued to look into the ocean, as he heard Mumbo speak up. "She still isnt back, isnt she?" Grian was worried. Pearl saled off to the mainland a week ago. And she still wasnt back. He looked down at his lap. Mumbo was still standing behind him. The winged hermit sighed, as he slowly got up. He turned around to look Mumbo in the eyes and said "Where going to go find her." "
