However, as the Soviet death toll rises into the millions and the border is flocked with German troops, Stalin struggles to keep his composure and remain the proud face of his starving country. But as all begins to look bleak, there comes a man who teaches Stalin the joy that can be found in the little things, that there are no mistakes, just happy accidents. It is up to Bob Ross to trade out the Hammer and Sickle in Stalin's hands for a paintbrush and palette.
