George and Dream has been best friends for 7 years now, but what happened when they meet up? how well would Dream be able to hide his problems now? he somehow managed to hide it from sapnap, his other best friend for 11 years, who is like a brother for Dream. but now he knew that it was nearly impossible. I don't think I'll put WTs in every chapter so here they are :) Panic, bad thoughts, eating disorder, struggle breathing, passing out, SA= self-harm, blood, blade, slight body shame, suicide (idk if that the right word), bad mental health. At the start I fell like Dream will sound more like a bottom but Gogy's bottom and Dream's top, he just needs help and he's insecure (:
