In Bohol, they live in her grandmother's house, it's not big like their mansion in Manila but not small either. Her mother enrolled her in a Private Catholic School in Tagbilaran City and she got her friends in the first day of school that relieved her. She graduated Junior Highschool with honors, she's also an athlete. When she's in Senior High School, everthing changed when a Grade 10 Don Anghel Ricaforte started hitting on her even if the boy knew that she isn't straight. The boy is following her everywhere she go, she doesn't know if the boy is true to his feelings when he confessed or just only playing with her, she thought about the latter. Sa pagtakas ni Charmaine sa kamay ng kanyang amain ay nauwi siya sa dayuhan na Pranses na si Nico. Hindi niya akalain na totoo pala na gwapo ang prince charming. Tinulungan siya nitong makatakas at isinama siya sa bahay ng lalake. Ngunit engaged na ito kay Sofia. Maganda, elegante at edukada...hindi katulad niya na hindi marunong magsalita ng Ingles.
