You are a gifted child with a power called a quirk. You can shape shift, but only with the minimum of 15 minutes depending the animal or person. If you are shape shifted into a person you can only last 10 minutes go any further than these times, it would take a whole week for your body to recovered that shape meaning it would be impossible to control the shape of the person or animal.
