They don't tell people they'er related since the see no need, so most of the time people think they aren't. When they both attend to U.A. the eldest twin grabs the attention of the many students in the Academy. Kyoka notices this and starts to tease (Y/n) for it. This makes people very suspicious about they'er relationship. Who will get jealous and get anger? Guess we'll have to wait and see.
