The teen tried to turn on her heel, disappointment burning in her chest, but was stopped when strong arms wrapped around her tense frame. She froze. "Don't ever do that again." Was all he said, and all it took for Nimonas eyes to fill with tears.

Isabella is framed for murdering the queen and is on the run, hiding from the institute and trying to find the evidence to prove her innocence and find the real person that killed the queen, thankfully she has the help from a shapeshifter called Nimona. Ambrosius x isabella(fem ballister) Bad summary I know, I may edit it later on. I don't own Nimona.

A time, when Ambrosius went to visit Ballister just after he got beaten up by Todd and the other guards. Weakly gasping for air, Ballistar was laying in his "evil lair", Nimona not yet existing in this universe. Atleast, we haven't met her yet. It's just Ambrosius and Ballister, and Bal couldn't do everything on his own. Altough he did get out of jail, he daily got punishment from guards on the street, and in his own house.
