James Monroe is kicked out of Quebec as they side with the new French rule, therefore, Monroe places his eyes on Ontario, filled almost entirely with old British and new American citizens, to secession as a new Republic, Napoleon tries to quell the rebellion which sparks international anti-French movement, and controversy.
