Grace Reilly is a 16 year old girl. She has a boyfriend of 3 years Nash who has always been by her side. After she finally got her license she gets in an extreme car accident which causes her to slip in a coma. When she wakes up she can't remember anything and Nash is there to help her rewrite her life. Nash goes back to try to make her fall in love all over again.
