Arthur Kirkland was completely surprised when the Elders chose him to become the new Queen of Spades. The King, Alfred F. Jones, was overjoyed, and demanded marriage and a coronation to occur as soon as possible. Weeks go into the planning of the perfect party, the perfect wedding. The more time Arthur spends with the obnoxiously loud Spade, the more he realizes he doesn't want to become Queen. Alfred notices something is off with his Queen, so he invites his best friend, the 2 of Diamonds, and his father, The King of Diamonds, to tea - Arthur's favorite drink. The minute Arthur's eyes locked with the fabulously charming Diamond, complete with French-accent and perfectly blonde, silky hair - Arthur is more sure than ever that he didn't want to become the new, Queen of Spades. <^><^><^><^><^><^> Zero: *scrunches nose* FRUK? Viola: Don't worry, Darling. We can write a USUK FanFiction on the side as well. Zero: *frown* But Cardverse is my favorite. He is flooded with memories that he had tried his hardest to forget. After all, it is his fault that France is gone... ~~~ Meanwhile, France is alone in a dingy jail cell, wondering where England went. He reflects on their past, thinks about their future, and passes his time dreaming of true love. And then, his fantasies are all ripped away. ~~~ Um, I'm not really sure if this counts as FrUK, so I'm going to say PAST/PRESENT FRUK, major CHARACTER DEATH, SADNESS, FEELS, AND HETALIA. Also, PLEASE FORGIVE THE HORRIBLE SUMMARY. I can't write summaries because this is a sort of short story, but if this reallllly bad summary sound interesting, read on!

Your last relationship ended in disaster. You lived with him, and now your life is in shambles. You don't have enough money to afford your own apartment as an aspiring dancer and actress, so you go to your best friend, Alfred. Although Alfred would love to host you in his apartment, he already shares it with three other friends... which would not the ideal situation for any of you. Instead, he refers you to one of his other friends, Francis. At first, you're very hesitant. After all, you don't know him at all. You've only ever heard what other people have said about him. When you show up, however, he's extremely generous and kind... and maybe just who you need to help you after a rough breakup.

I'm going to start doing a series called "Diaries of a Frenchman," they will be like diary entries by France (Hetalia). I may do this for other countries as well, but I came up with this while reading fan fiction.
