A continuation of Tree of Wishes. Read at your own risk (spoiler warnings and mild cliffhangers). They become friends, and continue on Drew's quest to the palace of highlord Tigara. At the palace it is revealed that Kota is not an ordinary human as he once thought, or just a special human. He is a weretiger, and he is also part of Tigara's bloodline.
