Harry James Potter was born on July 31, 1980. On the night of his second Halloween, October 31, 1981, Harry and his parents, James and Lily, were attacked by the True Dark Lord. Harry's godfather, a man named Sirius Black, was sent to Azkaban the morning after; he claimed that he betrayed the Potters and told the True Dark Lord where the Potters were hiding. Albus Dumbledore leaves infant Harry on his aunt's doorstep in the wee hours of the morning on November 1st. Dumbledore had hoped that the boy would be taken care of by Petunia and Vernon Dursley, but that is not the case. The year is 1991 and Harry James Potter, a very different Harry James Potter than Dumbledore had hoped, is attending Hogwarts. Hey, yeah. So, I am really bad at descriptions but yeah. *Warning* this would start out cringey but would make its way. This story is about how Harry and Ginny's relationship grows and so on. It starts in Harry's 6th year and Ginny's 5th year. This is what I think would have happened if Harry had accepted Draco's friendship in first year. I plan to make it as accurate as possible, but some things will be different. This will follow all of the books. What will happen when Draco and Harry are friends? And when Voldemort is back? Will Draco stay close with Harry, or distance himself?
