Growing up in the 1920's prohibition was never something easy. Our hero Button will go through love, heartbreak, anger, sadness and many more emotions throughout this story. So stay tuned to see the struggles of a young man in the 1920's prohibition.

During the prohibition era in America, four small time gangsters get tired of doing someone else's dirty work. For years they have been trying to work their way up the ranks to no avail. Once this final job is done, they will break out of the loop and build their own empire. Using their experience and knowledge, they will wiggle their way into the bootlegging and gun running business and will become pioneers of the gambling scene. They will face trouble in dog eat dog America, with gangs, crooks and cops lurking around every corner, trying to put them in the hospital, the morgue or behind bars.

Frankie is a young bootlegger in the 1920's when she meets a man named Lorenzo who has the knowledge about what she does to stop her or help. With the help of Lorenzo's friend Bee, who also has the knowledge to take her and her family down, she makes it or so we hope.

When a dead body is found John must seek out the perpetrators, and his investigation brings him up against unexpected adversaries. The Admiralty's Revenue Men, ruthless smugglers, informants and corruption, even the Dignitaries and Nobility are brought together in this story which takes much from the reality of the time.
