Other: People in Tebeskastan speak both English and Tebeski (a language I'm developing) People in Tebeskastan, unless a cop, FBI agent, etc etc, aren't allowed to have weapons or vehicles, it's considered illegal. Higher ranking individuals are given permits/licenses for these things. Breaking this law will cause jail time for 6 months at a minimum.
