Learning that Mitsuki has never celebrated the Rinne Festival before, Boruto takes it into his own hands to teach him the Holiday spirit. This is a short One-shot for Christmas. It started out small. A fleck. It was hardly noticeable, and the only reason Mitsuki was aware of it at all was because his own skin was so pale and, admittedly, flawless. Then another one appeared. And another. Before he knew it it became a glaringly obvious on what it was. Mitsuki just hadn't realized that a clone could have a soulmark.

"Do you have a girlfriend?" The question was deeply confusing to Mitsuki.

Boruto was one of the most popular kids in school. However, Mitsuki was the weird kid. But, he didn't care. He cared for no one. Though, is that really true?

Mitsuki is the new boy at Kohona. And Sarada is pretty interested in his weird personality. Her best friend Chouchou believes that he's a vampire or an immortal and he becomes involved in their shenanigans. Boruto tries his best to be friendly but Mitsuki always gives him a weird vibe. Unsure on whether its a warning or just a bad mood he gets down to the bottom of it and creates an "operation" finding out his true identity.

.Boruto x Mitsuki. Boruto tells Mitsuki how he feels after a little while but Boruto is unsure of Mitsukis feelings. Everytime he trys to tell Boruto how he feels there is an interuption. Despite the obvious sighns Mitsuki gives Boruto, Boruto is still unsure. And why does Iwabe always show up? **COMPLETE** There are not enough if these!! So I decided to make my own! Did I put much thought into it? Who knows? Does it take me a while to think of what to write next? Yes...But not too long cos I TRY to update daily/every other day. And here is where I go on.. "Look, I'm not trying to be a pain, but I also can't help you if you don't let me in on what's going on. I know you well enough by now that I don't think you'd try to leave the village again for no good reason," Boruto said. Or, at least, Boruto was pretty sure he wouldn't. Writing prompt from sunshine-boruto on Tumblr. I read their idea and thought it could be cute. Not to brag, but I am pretty proud of how it turned out.

boruto has had a crush on mitsuki for the longest time. it was time to change that crush for something more.

There was nothing wrong with this but, looking around at the dozens of other couples, he couldn't help the feeling that people would get the wrong idea. He took a deep, steadying breath. This wasn't a date. He was just taking his best friend to the summer festival. No big deal.

This is the new version since I've been wanting to improve on This story and focus more on the plot.

Boruto starts to struggle with an overwhelming feeling that has been sturring up in the pit in his stomach. As this feeling starts to grow, he doesn't know what to do or how to approach it. That is until fate pulls him closer to the person that seems to be the source of the problem. And that person just so happens to be his best friend and teammate, Mitsuki.
