Learning that Mitsuki has never celebrated the Rinne Festival before, Boruto takes it into his own hands to teach him the Holiday spirit. This is a short One-shot for Christmas. My new Mitsuboru fanfic, the old one was kind of too smutty for me.

Mitsuki starts to struggle with an overwhelming feeling towards Boruto.Every attempt futile to finding out his feeling towards a friend. Never understanding his true emotions he tries to get closer.

I wonder if he's my sun... I didn't find any good borumitsu/mitsuboru , so I'm making my own one. Where Mitsuki feelings doesn't show much and Boruto is a stubborn.

It started out small. A fleck. It was hardly noticeable, and the only reason Mitsuki was aware of it at all was because his own skin was so pale and, admittedly, flawless. Then another one appeared. And another. Before he knew it it became a glaringly obvious on what it was. Mitsuki just hadn't realized that a clone could have a soulmark.

Boruto was one of the most popular kids in school. However, Mitsuki was the weird kid. But, he didn't care. He cared for no one. Though, is that really true?

Mitsuki breathed in through his nose and closed his eyes again, directing his full focus to the happy memory and thoroughly enjoying the moment. Boruto never really had understood what Mitsuki meant by referring to him as his Sun, so by watching sunrises and sunsets together Mitsuki had hoped his feelings would somehow get through to Boruto. __________________________ This is a Mitsuboru/Borumitsu ship fanfic and my first written anything ever! There was nothing wrong with this but, looking around at the dozens of other couples, he couldn't help the feeling that people would get the wrong idea. He took a deep, steadying breath. This wasn't a date. He was just taking his best friend to the summer festival. No big deal.

Mistuki knew they would be fine but something about this was making him feel uneasy. What bothered him most was that there wasn't a rational reason for it. It was just a feeling he couldn't shake.
