So this came about the same way a lot of my stories have. I get fixated on something and the same day I start writing for it kgxigxigd. This was started back when I first got I to hockey earlier this year, so please bare with me with any hockey related errors, it'll get better as we go I promise. I don't know exactly what to call this, but it's a story about a hockey oc that I have and his first year after getting drafted and playing in the NHL. Nineteen year old Nikolas Schwartz had always dedicated himself to hockey. Everyone knew him as an abrasive kid with a bad attitude, but on the ice things were different. Like so many players before him, it was a big inspiration for him when he was growing up. He had sworn to himself that he was going to be the greatest hockey player one day, and finally it seemed like he was getting a step closer to that goal. After a disappointing season during what would hopefully be his last year as a junior hockey player, he and his close friend and teammate Jonas head to the NHL entry draft. What Nikolas wasn't expecting, was to be drafted 6th overall to a team he hated, and despite his cold and stubborn attitude, his nee teammates were determined to loosen him up and get through to him, bringing out the best in him.
