I have always found my name ironic. Isla the girl who lives on an island. See what I'm talking about? My parents had this crazy idea, along with their best friends who were apparently just as crazy as them, of selling all their belongings to buy an island and turn it into a resort. Not the most realistic idea, is it? They still did it anyway. Surprisingly, fourteen years later, that island became one of the most popular resorts around the world. My very annoying best friend, Nathan West. I was sure that this summer was gonna be the best summer of my life yet. I get to help prepare this year's annual dance. Also, things were starting to work out with Dylan, this guy who works here whom I liked for quite a while now. My pranks match with Nathan was at its tightest. Things were going great. Just as she pays her debt to the devil by capturing and banishing a corrupted soul, she's locked out of both Heaven and Hell because of a mortal who got in the way of Cara's business. His trade is grim, and some even say dishonorable, but it's what he knows, and honor can't put bread in your mouth, or ale in your belly. Oh his journey Verick the Hunter will remember more about himself that he would sooner have forgotten, and find much that would he rather have stayed lost. "Our lives, it seems, are much like the campfire here" He mused, tossing a few more sticks into the flames. "We start out so young, so full of promise, such a fire to be released from within us. When comes to being a freelance gunslinger, Dalton is not very good. In fact he's not too great at much. Save being lucky. And he's going to need that luck when he takes a job tracking down a wealthy man's runaway son through the deserts of the Western Reach.

An idea I had about a bounty hunter who has face blindness, which makes it very difficult for him to properly identify his bounties because all faces look very similar to him. The following is essentially a rough draft/outline of what could be. Any comments or input would be greatly appreciated.

Several hundred years into the future the inhabitants of Earth have spread out over the Galaxy and encountered extra-terrestrial life. Knowledge was exchanged and humans have been incorporated into the galaxy as a part of its multiculturalism. Most of the galaxy is at peace, although disaster always finds a way. She couldn't save her sister! Ja'ori was just a little too late and could only watch as her single remaining family got whisked away into the slave trade. Everyone said that Sals would be lost forever. Although Jay was never going to listen to their rambling. Ja'ori did something crazy. Something her mother, a captain of the guard would not approve. Jay become an outlaw to fight the outlaws. Scrounging up the twenty year old battle armour her mother used to wear Ja'ori dives right into the world of pirates, outlaws, mercenaries and bounty hunters. All to find Sals. To keep her little sister safe. But in the intergalactic underworld, it's kill or be killed.

While reaching for her goal however, she gets caught up in something that would've been better if it were to never happen. Through being fired, having spirits broken, and more, overall, Evelyn collects bounties. But at what cost?

Two years after the end of the Clone Wars, former Clone Commander Hotshot is now working aboard an Imperial Star Destroyer under the command of Admiral Yarrel Retf.
