I've seen the Vigilante Missions and the Bounty Hunter DLC in GTA V. In this fanfiction there is no game missions only open world traveling and instead of indulging in crime and Corruption our protagonist is trying to stop and expose corruption. This is basically an anti Grand Theft Auto.
