I'm in love with him, okay? If your looking for the word that means caring about someone beyond all rationality and wanting them to have everything they want no matter how much it destroys you, it's love. And when you love someone, you just, you don't stop. Ever. Even when people roll their eyes or call you crazy. Even then. Especially then. You just- you don't give up because if I could give up... if I could just, you know, take the whole worlds advice and move on and find someone else, that wouldn't be love! That would be... that would be some other disposable thing that is not worth fighting for! I love everything about her, and I'm not a guy who says that lightly. But this woman has a hold on my heart that I could not break if I wanted to. It has been... overwhelming and humbling and even painful at times! But I could not stop loving her anymore than I could stop breathing! I am hopelessly, irretrievably in love with her.

When Clarrisa johnson was just told that it was her that was chosen to enter the competition of life or death in an arena instead of her world-famous archer of a father because he was unwell, She realised it was a good thing she was her mothers daughter, and not her fathers. In this world, every year, a hundred or-so people will get chosen to enter this arena, its a fun game. Well.. not when your the one playing. You get paired with on average around 10-ish other people, there are a total of 8 teams. There is death, loss, destruction, and brutal betrayal. And last but not least, Winners.

Superheroes? I guess you can call them that. But the plain and simple truth is that they are much more than the stories in the comics that everyone grew up with. In the real world, past the fiction, they are playing both the hero and the villain. Keeping the increasingly dangerous terrorists out of the U.S., and crossing names off their threat list. People go missing, bad and good. Guilty and innocent. So where did these heroes come from? No one has been able to pin point the answer to this question, even though it was right under their noses.

The Night falls and the Moon rises, the family comes out to hunt the same creatures that they've sworn to avoid. A bow, a knife, any weapon. A family hides in the day, but in the night, when the Dark Moon rises, and so do they. The children hide. The parents hunt. Weapons fly. The storms rumble. When the dark moon rises, everything scary then comes out to play. Ren and Christian Walker, the eldest of the 8 Walker children, are the two hunters other then their parents Freddy and Marissa Walker. Living in isolation in the woods away from any other humans like themselves, have taught the twins that they can't trust anyone but themselves, each other, and their family. Surrounded by creatures that sleep when they do, and wake up when they do, the two young hunters are as tough as two teenagers can be, until they meet the two other humans. Noah and Aretha Placid are out for a late night walk in the woods, when an arrow saves Aretha from a wolf-like creature, mostly known throughout history and mythology as a werewolf. or a lycanthrope. Taken in by the two mysterious teenagers, one who carries a crossbow, and the other who carries a short sword, the two younger teenagers are extremely uneasy, their uneasiness only amplified by the way that the twins look at them, as if there was an unspoken agreement never to stop looking at them. The twins are confused, extremely confused. So why were these kids in the forest exactly? So why are they still here? Why do their parents keep telling them to throw them back where they came into their home from... when they so clearly seem to belong with them in the woods?

Back in 8th grade, I read "Ranger's Apprentice" series. If you haven't read it, I highly recommend it as its very entertaining. But after I read them, I tried to make a book where the reader was a Ranger. I got rid of it. I'm going to do it again, but completely different way. Let's go
