This story was inspired by art made by Monarobot on Tumblr. ~~~ After Sarah had defeated Jareth, unbeknownst that she will leave him cursed, the handsome and irresistible Goblin King was left with hideous features upon his being. Horns. Wilder teeth. Scaly skin and very bony structures. Jareth was forever stuck in his true, hidden form. In order to reverse the curse, he must find his lost queen, the one who bested him. Sarah is the only one who can cure him, but she must accept the fact that she will become Goblin Queen. Will she accept her fate? Or will Jareth be stuck a scary, hideous creature for all eternity? ~~~ I was given permission by Monarobot on Tumblr to draw and make a story with their Gobliny Jareth that they had first drawn, given the theory that the masks the other Fae wore in the ballroom scene had represented who those people truly are behind their beauty. It is set in 1970s America and inspired by the work of David Bowie.

It is 1973, David Bowie moves to Gilbert, Texas after a divorce with Mick Jagger. There, he runs into the well known brothel, The Chicken Ranch. The Ranch has been around in that town for almost 100 years. But when Ed Earl Dodd, the sheriff who looks out for The Chicken Ranch, finds out a reporter, Melvin P. Thorpe wants to expose it, him and David (who became a deputy in the small town) go to try and get Melvin to change his kind. But when Melvin falls in love with the rockstar, and David falls in love with the reporter, will his love ultimately be able to keep the Ranch safe? #1 in dollyparton
