Ember Addams had always been dependent upon someone to take care of her but when her guardian/mentor died she’d been forced to follow his last wishes and go to Paris to find Jack Blanchard for protection. After six months in Jack’s care and tutelage Ember decided she’d be better off on her own. Five years later, she’s independent, has made a name for herself and is enjoying her life.
