Every parent tells their child they are special. Every parent except Jeremy's dad who had always been sure to emphasize how completely normal his son was. So, imagine Jeremy's surprise when he starts at a school for gifted students. What made him 'gifted'? He had no idea but was he in for one heck of a ride to find out.

"You're not concealing your sexuality." ---- The month of June: also deemed 'pride month', was a month that Michael Mell, a senior in High School, could express himself free of judgement. After all, he could simply say, "I just support it." Being gay, although most of the students weren't completely straight, wasn't something people were open to. Not everyone wanted to subject themselves to potential bullying or abuse, or even silent judgement. Jeremy Heere wasn't aware of this fact when he transferred for the first time ever. So, when the openly-Bisexual new student walks into the classroom for the very first time near the end of the year, a painted hairclip the colors of the Bisexual flag in his hair-- a subtle, yet noticeable detail, drama already stirrs. But, Michael sees the quiet, new kid as best-friend material. The only problem: How is he going to stand up for him without making things that don't need to be said obvious?
