When 16-year-old autistic human Colin's parents die, he runs away to avoid going to an orphanage. He is then kidnapped and beat by a group of Satanists who use a ritual to teleport him to Hell. There he meets the trans demon imp Sallie May, who treats his injuries. They become friends. In addition to her, other girls appear, two angels, Emily and Lute.
