Picture this, waking up one morning ready to start the day, you go out and have an amazing self love kinda day then on the way home, you can't help but think. And thats where it goes all down hill from here. All rights reserved

A nurse in a South American country telling her days at the hospital and how her mind works as someone with BPD ,DID and Autism.

"I'm not asking to be saved. I'm just asking you not to leave when I drown." She doesn't write love letters. She writes survival notes - to something she can't see, but feels every second of the day. No one knows the war happening in her chest. The screaming silence after someone pulls away. The way she spirals just from being ignored. The way she can't tell if she's falling in love or falling apart - or if it's both. This isn't her healing journey. It's her journal. One hundred entries. One hundred heartbreaks. One girl trying to understand herself through the only thing that ever truly stayed - the chaos inside her. If you've ever been told you're too much, too emotional, too dramatic...
