Being eighteen isn't as great as it cuts out to be. Even worse is being stuck at eighteen and never getting to fully celebrate it since I'm (kind of) already dead. Being dead doesn't have a lot of perks. Hell, it's not even a good trait to brag about in those back-to-school papers they make you write the first day. It's just something you have to deal with. Because, while being undead isn't as hard as you think it is, its the hunger that makes it hard to fit in. The once cravings for cheez-its have been traded for the gross and...brainy. But hey, at least its organic? Okay, yeah, its still pretty gross. Aside being the most gloriest (and goriest) thing a ghoul can munch on, every bite of the gunk improves not just my overall features but my brain itself. But don't worry; I'm not some bloodthirsty raisin you see on AMC. I have never harmed anyone alive. You can thank Dr.Grey and his team of dead subjects for that. But while I've come to accept my fate with destiny, there are some things left very unresolved while alive. Like the fact I was murdered by my teacher for catching him trying to abduct a student. That the same teacher is still roaming the halls, and has left me alone...for now. Oh, and that student he tried to kidnap? Yeah, he might know the reason why I can still move these dead bones.
