'Short Tyrants' is a bundle of short stories, based on other works of fiction, real-life events or the personal life of the author. All stories relate in some way or another to authority (or the lack thereof) and all the problems that surround the age-old debate between liberty and authority. The title of this work is a wordplay: meant by the title is Short 'Stories' about Tyrants. With this wordplay the author attempts to ridicule the tyrants, showing his bias towards the authoritarians within the short stories themselves.
