In simple terms, gratitude boost your neurotransmitter serotonin and activates the brain stem to produce dopamine. Yes you heard it right. As you know our body's chemical pleasure is dopamine so we really love it when it hits our system right? Now imagine we can naturally provide this chemical for our body in the most safest consumption which is through our lifestyle. Living a life filled with gratitude could be the answer to a fulfilling, healthy and successful life of yours!
