A biopsy is done and it is diagnosed as Atypical Teratoid Rhabdoid Tumor or ATRT brain cancer. Hannah needs a lot of treatment in order to get better. Hannah is ready to be brave and beat brain cancer.

There he gets an MRI which reveals a brain tumor in his left pariental lobe near the frontal lobe and a biopsy reveals it is ATRT a type of brain cancer. Hot shot makes friends with five other kids his age with the same cancer who were also just diagnosed. Three boys, Hoist, Medix, and Wedge and a girl Whirl. They all become best friends and decide to fight their cancer together. They are determined to win! (Humanized)
