Valhalla isn't what you think it is. A safe haven for individuals who crave the thrill of battle, there is never a dull moment in the arena. Every year, the premier competition in Valhalla, the Grand Tournament, invites 16 of the realm's best to an all out war in the ring. Among them, a Viking born to a human mother and bear father has prepared for his shot at ultimate glory amongst the realm and his competition. He will have to fight his heart out and take on monsters, living animals, and other humans to do so. Based on Ubisoft and Blue Mammoth Games' hit fighting game and written by one of its millions of fans, Brawling Spirit gives readers a taste of what the challenges of the arena bring to its competitors.

This is a story about Hattori, who with his desire for revenge and the darkness dawning on her, becomes a Demon.
