Over a thousand years have gone by since the events of Breath of the Wild and there's a new reincarnation story. This is the sequel to the Chief of the Gerudo and Fight of the Champions and it follows the story and characters from those two books and expands upon the world established. You don't have to read the Chief of the Gerudo but it is recommended, and it is heavily recommended that you read Fight of the Champions. 15 years have passed since the last installment. Zariah is no longer a child. Recently, the Queen, Zelda, has fallen deathly ill and has told Zariah to go to the Spring of Wisdom and follow tradition. What Zariah finds there changes her world forever, but will it help her save her mother's life? Hyrule is in danger and Zariah is the only one who can stop it.

Calamity Ganon is coming. Princess Zelda is in a race against time to unlock her sealing magic, but no matter how hard she tries, the power evades her. Master Link has been tasked to accompany her as she travels throughout the land in an attempt to awaken her abilities, but nothing works. When the end closes in, when the beast raises its ugly head, will Zelda be strong enough to face it? The clock is ticking. Time is short. A retelling of the events preceding the newest installment in the Legend of Zelda franchise, "In The Days Before" stitches together all of the memories Link uncovers in the game while filling in the gaps of the story. *Currently on hold might get picked back up but probably not any time soon... sorry* Calamity Ganon is on the brink of returning and all citizens of Hyrule are in a panic. Link has a new amount of stress on his shoulders ever since he pulled up the master sword and was revealed to be the chosen one that is meant to seal the darkness. Him and four others were appointed champions that are to work together to seal the Calamity away. Along with this Link has the stress of wanting to keep a good relationship with his father and sister as well as figure out these sudden feelings he is having for the Zora Princess as well as protecting Princess Zelda who continues to give him the cold shoulder. As Hyrule gets closer to the day of Calamity Ganon's return Link and the other champions have to learn how to get along and perfect their roles. Something nobody else seems to remember is that Link and Zelda are both only 16/17 and have the fate of Hyrule resting on their shoulders. Will Hyrule be saved or will it crumble to pieces in front of these two young hero's eyes? . . Cover art is not mine. Artist - Lew Hashimoto I am aware that they recently released a prequel to Breath of the Wild but I have wanting to write my own for the longest time and am just now getting around to it. This is just what I imagined happened and Link's personality is the personality I imagine him having, my apologize if you don't agree. Our main character, Midnight, is a beautiful black and white feathered Rito. However, she has an inability to fly due to a Moblin encounter when she was just 8 years old. Follow her story as she struggles with the need to be accepted, grow older, prove herself, find love, and help in the fight against the calamity. (This takes place a few years before the calamity)

Mipha finds Link ill in the woods and tends to his illness. Then a blizzard hits, leaving her and Link trapped in a cave together. Will they make it out alive? I'm bad at summaries. Artwork belongs to original creator.
