(p.s. don't worry, brett recovers just fine) no beta-read, because we die like men and i need to sleep. pls don't hate if there are any medical inaccuracies, musical inaccuracies, or as such. for some reason im more afraid of content nazis than brett/eddy reading this woop. List of Medical Acronyms: ADLs - Activities of Daily Living (things like showering, eating, toileting, transferring/changing positions) PRN - As per needed (usually for medications that are given in a certain scenario. in this case, naproxen is only given if the patient is expected to encounter pain, like during physiotherapy.)

Brett and Eddy are best friends and the two souls behind Twoset Violin! But little by little, things start to change... There goes another fanfic of mine because these two are just too damn inspiring. We'll see where it takes us, I guess^^. Since I really struggled with three uploads a week recently, I'm gonna change my upload schedule to twice a week because life's just so incredibly busy :'). Au in which Eddy and Brett are living in China and are sons of poor peasants. They are working in different factories and best friends (or could there be more than friendship?) The story takes place in the early 20th century but planes are already invented and there are airports and stuff. I tried to orient a bit on the actual historical situation in the countries, but it's definitely not 100% accurate! The story is vaguely based on a dream of mine and the Twosetweek prompts of April 2020. It's my first real fanfic, I hope you like it😊 ~Molly

**Discontinued** Brett is a painter without inspiration. Suddenly, he finds his muse in the form of Eddy, a young soldier just returned from service overseas. Eddy is not immediately receptive to the idea of being a model, and he is quite sure his thoughts and feelings for Brett aren't appropriate. Surely it's best for the two to give each other space, and let childish crushes lapse? Still, he somehow lets the artist convince him to pose, and the mutual pining between the two begins to become unbearable... This is a historical AU! I figure it's set in the Regency Era, sort of Jane Austen style. Indeed, this will be slow-burn in a sort of Jane Austen sense, as the characters flirt around each other for *ages* before anything happens. Enjoy!
