Brent wasn't born normal. He was born in a bad dream his mother had. The dream that caused her to be obsessed with fire and turned her insane. His father was the same... he was a Pyro. Brent was half devil, half human. He loved fire but not as much as his parents... his little brother had been born and nobody knows where he went. He was 10 and never came home from his friends. Brent was told he died. Because of that, Brent started craving fire and revenge to kill for his brother. But Brent also had fears. Brent had nightmares... Brent saw monsters that to him he knew they were real... why? Because he was one of them...

Brent and Zach have known each other for a long long time, and they know each other better than they know themselves, they are in the same band for god sake. But Zach starts to think he actually doesn't know his best friend like he thought he did. But is this "new Brent" really him? Or is it the drugs talking?

Nichole (Nicknamed Zero) is a fellow crazy fangirl of the band shinedown. At a concert, she meets the band, when she returns to her work the day after, she doesn't seem to remember what happened between her and their lead singer. it wasn't until a year later at the same place, they met again. will they both have a steamy relationship like they had hoped, or will destiny pull them apart? ☠︎︎

Parker Smith wanted to be like his dad. He wanted to play music for a living. His dad was Brent Smith from Shinedown, so Parker grew up around music. Knowing high school graduation was coming up, Parker had to decide what his next steps in life would be.

Brent's music seemed to be some of the most relatable things out there. One day Taylor had the perfect opportunity to meet him; but in the strangest way. Running from the institute. What was Brent going to do with this bundle of problems? Was he going to take her problems onto himself, and risk his current life be taken from him? This girl's life was in Brent's hands.
