Short poem. Contemporary.

This is a poem about how expressing love can sometimes feel shallow, and does not always impress the earnestness of the emotion upon the individual. It also begs the recipient to understand and appreciate the deep sentiment they are on the receiving end of.

Blue.

Eternity, foreverness doesn't create beaty. Brevity does. Just a poem in free verse about someone special.

I am currently working on several longer narratives in the form of screenplays / stage plays, so when I have "writer's block", I insist on writing something in order for (and this is my own logic, as a non-medical professional) for my brain not to atrophy and the muscles involved in creating something, I (try, but really should) write at least a poem a day. Sense and Sensitivity is the only M-Rated poem so far. In some instances, I have been prompted by an idea, image, or quote by fellow poets. If you have an irresistible urge to troll, then I cannot stop you.
