Life is a struggle and everyone knows that,of course sometimes we just have to cope with it and move on from the things in our past that haunt us each and every day.This book is about teenagers and teenage emotions and of course,life as we know it.The book takes place in 1999 where Matt Sanders' sister Angie finds herself struggling with her personality,sexuality,health,family and love while falling for her brother's best friend,Synyster Gates that is Brian Haner Jr. She loses herself,and in order to find yourself,you lose yourself to begin with..Possibly getting involved that is "falling in love" with a much older guy doesn't sound like a bad idea for her,since she certainly is mad. Mad and lost in the world of nothingness.

I'm Alice Sanders. Yes, I know what you're thinking. "OMG you're Matt Shadows younger sister!!" Which is true I'm also apart of the band. I'm what you call a publisher for Avenged Sevenfold. I run a blog about Avenged Sevenfold and I am a full time fan girl of like everything. I'm what most call an Emo. I know you may think when is say 'emo' but I don't cut. I just wear black clothing and skinny jeans and i may have dyed my hair black. But I'm still not 100% and emo. Though I maybe 17 doesn't mean I can't have what I want. And what I want is Short Shit. Or what you may call Johnny Christ. Johnny is a perfect human, but I don't know how to tell everyone else, including Johnny, that I love him. It just something about when he plays bass and he just always looks perfect. Matt is going to be that asshole older brother though, that will say shit like "This is my little sister, you break her heart, I'll break your fucking neck." I don't know what the hell I'm going to do.
