It's 25 years into the future since Teddy left for college and the entire Duncan family is back with Amy and Bob leaving with 16 year old Toby in New York with P.J and Skylar going to Brooklyn also. Gabe and Gabe Jr. going to live his wife in Vegas and Charlie going to D.J around the world, leaving teddy to find a small apartment in Denver with her three kids. But Teddy gets worried and scared having to raise her kids a single mom after her husband dies but then Bob decides not to sell the house and Charlie stays to help her sister out and Skylar and her daughter sticks around too. And just like her sister did for her Charlie creates video diaries for her nephew Johnny.
