As the title suggests this book will be about shenanigans done by empires who got either killed or just plain collapsed in a retirement home that fun fact;UN actually visits every once in a week(to make sure it didn't get burnt down ofcourse). And that this idea of empires in a retirement home was an original one of mine, that I ended up keeping to myself for a while so if anyone tries claiming it was 'their idea',it wasn't.Plus, the cover of the book was made by me! :D (Edit:Also there might be a bit of Swearing, and tw for knifes in a joking sense, well you'll find out why I put this(and if this book is found on any other website other than wattpad it was stolen)) (Edit numero2: I would love to make any of these memes in a sort of drawn animation but I know I can't animate for the life of me šŸ˜”. Sad.)

This book contains: ⁕Cussing. ⁕Grammatical errors. ⁕Some Historical inaccuracy [I'll try my best to be accurate, but things might be changed for plot or cuz I overlooked minor details] ⁕Shipping.[just fluff] ⁕Mentions of S.E and in the later chapters: TR, USSR & JE. ⁕Angst, Fighting & historical wars in the later chapters. The Anglo-Egyptian War of 1882 was a pivotal conflict that spread-out in Egypt, ultimately leading to British control over the nation. The late 19th century witnessed turmoil in Egypt due to economic troubles, foreign debt, and dissatisfaction among the Egyptian. The conflict was instigated by Ahmed 'Urabi, an Egyptian army officer who led a nationalist revolt against the rule of Khedive Tewfik Pasha and the foreign influence in Egypt. Tensions escalated further when British warships patrolled at the port of Alexandria, intensifying the already flimsy situation. On June 11, 1882, violent anti-European riots erupted in Alexandria, Egypt. Fearing for their safety, European residents quickly left the city. At the same time, the Egyptian 'Urabist army began fortifying and arming the port, making the situation more tense. After giving a warning to stop these military preparations, the British fleet acted alone, launching a relentless 10½-hour bombardment of the city. Even though the UK declared Egypt's independence in 1922, the British military maintained considerable influence in Egypt until 1936. During this period, Egypt became a crucial hub for trade and business in the region. Egypt remained under British influence until 1952, with the last British troops leaving in 1956.

"So through the night rode Paul Revere; And so through the night went his cry of alarm To every Middlesex village and farm, - A cry of defiance and not of fear, A voice in the darkness, a knock at the door, And a word that shall echo forevermore! For, borne on the night-wind of the Past, Through all our history, to the last, In the hour of darkness and peril and need, The people will waken and listen to hear The hurrying hoof-beats of that steed, And the midnight message of Paul Revere" -Paul Revere's Ride by Henry Wadsworth Longfellow Nothing lasts forever, and no one knows that more than America. Her entire life has been a burden on her shoulders, and she's been through more than most can imagine. Finally, she experiences a relieving era of relative peace, but there's a storm brewing on the horizon. She won her freedom centuries ago, but some wars never stay buried. This time, however, she's not only fighting for herself. America has fifty children to protect at all costs. No one else knows they exist. Not her enemies, not her friends. She's all alone. She prefers it this way, and she does everything in her power to maintain this unstable and temporary peace. Unfortunately, some people won't let that happen. America must decide who to trust, because the British are coming, and they're coming for her. DISCLAIMER!! This is just for fun, and it is not my intent to push any political agendas. Also, it is in no way historically, culturally, geographically, or stereotypically accurate. This is all a story I made completely, as I said before, for fun, and the countries are characters, and have almost nothing to do with their political states in this story. Also, warning, there will be fighting, and blood.

In 1860s New Zealand, young Elizabeth Nigel Helen embarks on a journey that will change her life forever. Leaving behind her beloved father in England, Elizabeth and her mother venture to the burgeoning colony of Dunedin, spurred by the allure of fortune from the gold rush. But what begins as a simple voyage soon transforms into an eye-opening adventure as Elizabeth grapples with the stark realities of colonial life. Through her heartfelt journal entries, Elizabeth documents not only the beauty of New Zealand's untamed landscape but also the challenges of social inequality and prejudice. With the help of two unlikely friends-Aroha, a kind-hearted Māori boy, and Shū Yang, a spirited Chinese girl-Elizabeth finds herself drawn into a cause greater than herself: a fight for racial equality in a land torn between progress and division. As she navigates family expectations, cultural differences, and the fierce opposition to her ideals, Elizabeth must summon her courage to stand for what is right, even when it means defying those closest to her. "Bound By Ink - Eliza's Story" is a compelling historical novel about friendship, resilience, and the fight for justice in a rapidly changing world. Through Elizabeth's eyes, readers will experience the excitement and turmoil of a young colony-and the enduring hope for a more inclusive future.
