Pretty self explanatory. My fave MCU character is Bucky Barnes/Winter Soldier. I have never done a story like this before so please forgive any mistakes or the lack of quality. Help is always appreciated too.

Preslee Jane Rumlow is the 3 year old daughter of Brock Rumlow, and she is a total daddy's girl. Brock is okay with this, as he is a total daughter dad himself. No, she is not adopted, Brock's wife died when she gave birth to Preslee, so Preslee never knew her, but Brock always talks about her.

Steve is saved from being beaten up, by Tony swooping in and saving the day. That is the first time they met. After that, Tony makes it his mission to get Steve to go out with him. Steve just loves to watch tony squirm. I'm really bad at summaries and it really doesn't do the story justice.
