Kennedy Rumlow was Brock rumlows neice, and lived with him at a young age. It was hard to avoid HYDRA when Kennedy was around, so brock put her to use- in HYDRA. [authors note: Hehehe, im back again. I've been working on my writing style and have been reading a lot of things to help me write these characters better these past months...years...however long its been. This story I've had in my mind for awhile now and have been dying to write it, but was worried that I would butcher it like my last two big stories (Confusion and Helping Hand).
