Merven the human boy goes into the woods looking for adventure and a dragon friend. Zekita the dragon youngling goes into the woods for adventure with her friends. Two events, years apart, but very connected. Will either find what they want? Or will they all lose what they had? For a writing challenge, I've decided to write the origin stories of two characters from a story I made up when I was little. I still may use this story later once I put a little more thought into it, but we'll see.
