Story that I don't wanna share but I shared anyway

Baby, I'm dancing in the dark with you between my arms Barefoot on the grass, listening to our favourite song When you said you looked a mess, I whispered underneath my breath But you heard it, darling, you look perfect tonight My tears rolled down my cheeks as Eres tightened his embrace to me. He had no idea how much I've missed him. I had been dreaming of this perfect moment to come. And now, that we were in each other's arm again, I would never ever let him go! Can best friends turn into lovers? Let me introduce to you the two important characters in my story. Eres Jac Medina and Ma. Paula Alejandro. Their friendships ended when Eres admitted his feelings for Paula. She couldn't accept the fact that her best friend for almost 10 years was in love with her. They parted ways as they graduated from high school. Paula went to the US to study medicine while Eres was left in Manila without having a chance to say goodbye to her best friend. After 10 years they crossed paths again. This time, Paula was already engaged with her American boyfriend who was also a doctor while Eres had a child but was never married. Was there a chance for them to be reconciled after what happened 10 years ago? Well, it's for you to find out. I might post some songs related to every chapter of this story. Enjoy reading.
