Alec was a hot shot trouble maker. He had ever girl throwing themselves at him. He him self had a rough past that scarred him. No one knew about his past nor would he let anyone close enough to find out. But when he finds a mysterious girl will he change his mind and let her get close enough to hurt him? When Alec sneaks out one night to ignore his parents yelling at each other he snuck out to explore an abandoned house where he found a girl that he has never met before, Lyla Grace Andrews. Will Alec and Lyla be able to open up and fix each other's broken pieces ? Or will their pasts break them apart?

But she realizes with his return that she doesn't remember what caused her resignation from the Department to begin with and that her illegal memory dealing may be the least of her concerns.
