When Eleanor 'Ellie' Taylor leaves behind a life shadowed by loss, Bondi becomes her new beginning. A place where saltwater stings but also soothes. Between rescues, friendships, and the unspoken bond of her team, she learns that healing isn't found on calm shores alone, but also in surviving the rough waves. From the laughter of the tower to the roar of the sea, from the TV shoots to personal life, Ellie discovers that every break - in waves, in love, in life holds the power to rebuild. But when her past resurfaces, she must decide if she's ready to swim toward it or let it drift her away. A fan fiction based on the Australian non-fiction TV show Bondi Rescue. In the silence of the Haworth parsonage, Emily cannot write. Her inkwell is dry. Her gentleman will not come alive. So she dreams. And on the moors, a figure emerges. Heathcliff. But creation has costs. When Emily imagines a woman fierce enough to match him, she loses them both to each other. Night after night, she tries to unmake what she made. Night after night, Catherine will not dissolve. What remains when your characters outgrow you? This is my entry for The Wattpad "WutheringHeights" Movie Reimagined Contest. It is under 3000 words, rated for readers of all ages.

A man who feels like fate. A love that sounds like care. A story never questioned. This is not a romance. It's the moment before a woman disappears into one. This is my entry for the „Wuthering Heights" Reimagined Contest. Gentle readers welcome - honest critique even more. If something here feels familiar, that's not an accident ;)

This story was started as a reaction to the maltreatment of Dr Frankenstein's creation in the Penny Dreadful series, at his very birth, by his own father. I wished to be there, to set things right, but of course that would be silly, I'm a forty-five year old married woman, with three teenage children. So I invented a young indomitable spirit to do the job for me, and re-wrote that whole heart-rending scene. And then another scene, and another one, and before I knew it the characters started to lead their own lives, making their own decisions. The action loosely follows the series, but of course different choices result in curious plot-twists. I like to call this story the 'ladies' version' because my style is heavily influenced by English romantic literature. Also, making love is part of life, but to a woman suggestion is often stronger than description. I hope that you will let me know how you liked the story, and as I am not a native speaker, I appreciate comments on my use of the English language very much. Skip the prologue to go straight to the action if you're an impatient reader!

Prequel and sequel of the immortal Emily Brönte's masterpiece. A young lover flees in the middle of the night after being rejected by his beloved Catherine. Everything will change from then on, except his passion, which can only grow in an endless spiral, like the storm that accompanies Heathcliff's heart. A novel of a lifetime, written in a classic style, with new characters, revisits and revives the original story. The full book is available at amazon, I'm not allowed to share more pages here, sorry.
