Viva the popular troll in high school, is in trouble when her grades fall, and she needs to get them up to pass the grade and ends up being tutored by Clay one of the nerds and fun ones. Some say that pajama parties are just for kids, but who says they are not for adults too? When he learns that the holiday Pajama Day is around the corner, Branch gets an idea to have a pajama party with his older brothers, his girlfriend, and her older sister at his bunker. This idea gets everyone excited as they can't wait to play games, eat lots of snacks, have a spa night, watch a movie, have a BroZone dance party, and stay up late doing more fun activities. So Branch hopes that this pajama bunker party will be a lovely opportunity for him to spend some quality time with his older brothers and do something fun together as a family, along with Poppy and Viva.

A brand new girl, enter the halls of music academy. It's the middle of the semester and she just randomly showed up. She's a sweet girl but she has a secret. Poppy isn't like other people. She's a vampire and is hiding from a mean vampire hunter. Who wants all Vampires dead. While at the academy she meets a sweet and very cute man, Branch. Can she trust him enough to tell him her secret, and keep her save?

One night 22 years ago, BroZone failed at performing the Perfect Family Harmony. That same night, Floyd ran away from the pod with Branch in his arms before the other three brothers can declare that they were leaving home forever. Despite the challenges that these two younger brothers faced, they became ingrained into the life of Poppy as her babysitters and eventually protectors. This is the story of how Branch and Floyd supported each other as they took on the role of the Royal Guard (or as they like to call it for a while, the Poppy Guard). May include some tidbits of what their life was like before escaping the tree as we progress through the three movies.

Along the way, the team meet new friends and a new tribe of Trolls: the Samba Trolls and faces exciting challenges as they travel new worlds by beyond the Troll World to defeat the evil and wicked king of his army of chaotic and darkness monsters called "The Chaotic Guards" -- Lord Chaos (J.K. Simmons), his mysterious and sharp-witted minion Troll -- Valerie Darkness (Gal Gadot) and the evil trio of the Troll overlords but the brothers finally reunite with their parents Abel (Brian Tyree Henry) and Thorn (Maya Rudolph), they also reunite with their grandmother Rosiepuff (GloZell Green) who revealed to be alive after getting eaten while Poppy and Viva also reunite with their long lost mother, wife of King Peppy and the forgotten queen of the Pop Trolls Queen Isabella (Gloria Estefan).

With minimal time to spare, the brothers and Poppy have to venture into the scary land of dreams in an effort to extract the bug and save Branch from an everlasting nightmare in both his mind and sense of reality.
