John has a slight problem. He is hopelessly in love with one Dave Strider. During an ironic weekend hangout he struggles internally with this dilemma and gets some help from the original Strider, Dirk.

Just a small song based one shot. In case you guys haven't guessed, i don't own Homestuck not Remembering Sunday, the song this was based off of. Homestuck is owned by Andrew Hussie and Remembering Sunday is All Time Low's and Hopeless Records'.

Selective Mute!Dave Strider Dave lives with Dirk and bro as a selective mute. He can only say 3 words such as yes, no, and sir. Dirk tries to help him learn more but it doesn't work all that well. Because of bro being so called "overprotective" and has restrictions for the two he doesn't want Dave to learn more words. His siblings are forced to marry as well. Loyalties are shifting. Nobody is okay with this. Alternatively: A story about sides, hope, and falling in love with the wrong black-haired kid.

The prompt is a decent enough description. Prompt: could you possibly make a story were Dave has a problem with self harming, Bro doesn't noticed for the longest time, he is completely oblivious. But when he DOES notice, he freaks the fuck out on Dave because of it? My response: I hope this is what you were looking for.
