This is a book of one shots and stories about my new TMNT2012 au that I've been working on since December 2025. This au has a lot of head cannons and stuff like that, so obviously it is meant to be far from canon from the original source. It has a mixture of Slice of Life aspects as well as coming of age. Before you read: I have a seperate book explaining this au and it's basic story line. You can read it if you want. The story follows the brothers learning how to grow up and live on the surface after their sewer home gets flooded in a bad storm. Splinter has been gone for three years now. It covers both the ups and the downs of life. And there will be a few trigger warnings here and there. Potential trigger warnings: smoking and alcohol addiction, some violence, anger management +therapy, grief , various mental health issues + recovery, and others. This a story about the turtle boys recovering and healing from the trauma of their crime fighting days + loosing Splinter. oh, and as always. NO TCEST!! TCEST DNI!!

Okay! This is a LONG overdue rewrite of my original fanfiction. I took it down a long time ago because there was someone in the comments that uh... had some questionable things to say. At the time, I was uncomfortable and just decided to move on, even though this whole story was practically written in my drafts! However, it has been several years now, and I have wanted to remake this for a very long time to share it with you all. After all of this time, this story is still one of my best I feel.
