Fiercely protected by her mother and her Baratheon adoptive father, she lives as the Mountains best kept secret. A secret the two would come to know quite closely as they worked off their stay's worth there. But the hearth's flames are not the only ones catching fire, fresh from the affair with Rohanne Webber, Duncan has to decide if he would pursue another so soon, much less a Great Bastard. The fog however can only hide what the trees see for so long.

This story follows the lives of Daemon Blackfyre, Aegor Rivers, Mya Rivers, Gwenys Rivers, Brynden Rivers, and Shiera Seastar as they navigate a world of love and lives, of treachery and truth, of ice and fire.

Aegon the Unworthy died but left so many problems on his deathbed. Now it's Daeron's job to fix his father's mistakes while his own brother is plotting behind his back.

Orang-orang mengatakan dia hilang dalam badai bersama kedua naga nya dan dua naga yang tak ber penunggang saat melakukan perjalanan menuju Kingslanding tapi tidak pernah ada mayat yang ditemukan, naga-naga itu juga tidak. Mungkin pada akhirnya setelah semua ini dia akan bertemu dengan nya lagi, putrinya Visenya yang cantik dan pemberani, putra-putranya yang lain yang mati membela klaim ibunya, setidaknya dia akan bertemu mereka lagi sekarang. ‎ ‎Dia terbangun menatap langit biru, tanpa rasa sakit seperti yang dia kira, tapi dimana dia sekarang?
