After events of the Batman the Animated Series episode Harley's Holiday, Harley decides to become a hero not thinking ahead of repercussions. After Arkham's odd power failure, Scarecrow works secretly on a plan that will make him more monster than man, though running into Harley's new alter ego confuses things. As Harley continues to run into old friends and enemies, the possibility of meeting with the Joker looms ever closer.

After her final showdown with Von Reichter, CyberSix takes up unfinished business in cleaning up some of the mad doctor's loose experiments. Even his Fixed Ideas prove more durable than even he thought. And with CyberSix's need for the Sustenance, she can't possibly risk letting those artificial brutes run amok. In her search, she finds that many of them are festering within a neighboring city: Gotham. It's here that she finds that she's not the only night-time vigilante in the world and that the beginning Von Reichter told her of may have just been another one of his lies. That she may have had a normal beginning before Von Reichter came and stole it from her. Join CyberSix as she teams up in various strange adventures with the dark city's Dynamic Duo.

The Joker narrates a typical evening at Arkham Asylum. Joker's portrayal is based heavily off of The Killing Joke, Batman the Animated Series, the Arkham games, Batman: Death of the Family, and The Three Jokers.

Some of my head canons for Batman Beyond characters, including some backstories for characters that don't already have one or one that was very fleshed out. These are my personal opinion and you don't have to agree with any of these. Also, I own none of the characters.

When it's announced that Kitty Royal was performing in Gotham a series of unexpected events that involve kidnapping, ransom and love between her and Hatter that he never thought would happen ever.
