A Smiling Critters one-shot book! This will feature ships, stories that may or may not be canon to any Chapter of Poppy Playtime and even the Smiling Critters playing certain games! I do not own the Smiling Critters, the games or any other Poppy Playtime characters mentioned herein.

Dogday had once been a captive in the cruel world of dogfighting, sold to callous individuals who thrived on violence. Despite his strong build and fierce exterior, he longed for a life free from the horrors of the pit. His fate took a dramatic turn when a whimsical purple cat named Catnap appeared on the scene, accompanied by determined police officers and a team of SWAT members. Together, they launched a daring operation to dismantle the fighting rings and liberate the dogs, rescuing Dogday and many others from their bleak existence. Catnap, with his vibrant fur and playful demeanor, brought Dogday to a cozy home filled with warmth and companionship, sharing the space with his caring girlfriend and an eclectic group of furry friends. Yet, despite his newfound safety, Dogday remained cautious and skeptical. Trust did not come easily for him after the traumas he had experienced. Everything changed when he met Craftycorn, a kind-hearted female unicorn struggling with a grave illness caused by kidney failure. With her shimmering coat and gentle spirit, Craftycorn resonated with a familiarity that stirred something deep within Dogday. As they bonded over their trials, he felt the walls around his heart begin to crack. Would this brave unicorn, facing her own battles, be the key to helping Dogday reclaim the joy he had lost? As Dogday worried about Craftycorn's fate, he found himself torn between despair and hope. Would she receive the new kidneys she desperately needed to embrace life once more, or would he have to face the possibility of losing yet another friend? My potential pitch if a Smiling Critters movie (BASED OFF THE CARTOON) ever existed. I know this'll most likely never happen, this was written for entertainment purposes!

There has only been 7 smiling critters in the neighborhood: DogDay the self imposed leader. Bubba Bubbaphant the genius. Kicken Chicken the Daredevil. Hoppy Hopscotch the second Daredevil. CraftyCorn the artist. PickyPiggy the chef. Bobby Bearhug the therapist. There has always been 3 boys and 4 girls. They always easily outvote the boys whenever they want to do something different. One day a construction crew appears in the neighborhood and builds a new house that resembles a scratching post for a cat. Then a moving truck comes and puts boxes in the home. It's been 3 weeks and no sign of the new addition to the neighborhood. Everyone is getting impatient especially DogDay. But the 4 guardians knew that the Prototype and his miscreants aren't gone for eternity. So for many generations, each guardian would choose the rightful critter to be the next guardian and pass their part to them. A lot of years have passed and now on to the next. Puppy PeaceCoy and her friends are now the new guardians. What adventures would they face? What's the story behind their roles? Find out in this story! The two become close, and (Y/N) realises that her coworkers weren't replaced, they were remodelled. Will Miss Delight be able to defend her from becoming a toy, or will (Y/N) join her in her plastic tomb?

This story is supposed to be like a cartoon if it ever existed (In the real world), and we explore our furry friends living in their "normal" lives. The episodes might be short, but I do hope all of you guys enjoy it! (it sometimes includes pictures of them.)
