Based on Season Four... Ashleigh's sister Danielle arrives in Los Angeles, but will Ashleigh speak to her? In the aftermath of the dam break, massive mudslides wreaked havoc. Buck and Chimney must rescue a group of pregnant women trapped in a submerged house. And Ashleigh spends the day with Athena... Buck has a hard time keeping secrets, especially after what Danielle tells him, but when Ashleigh and Danielle's parents arrive in town, how will Ashleigh react? Based on Season Seven... Ashleigh and Buck finally set a date for the wedding, but when the bride goes MIA on their wedding day. Bobby and Athena's house was set on fire. The house was destroyed, but Athena survives thanks to Ashleigh... though Ashleigh has a heart attack that nearly kills her.

Based on Season Five & Six... The first responders race into action when a series of ransomware attacks target computer systems, air traffic control towers and hospitals. Then a massive city-wide blackout causes havoc in L.A. Meanwhile, Maddie's postpartum depression worsens, Eddie suffers a health scare, and a new call center operator takes charge.

Based on Season Two... After his devastating family tragedy in Minnesota, Bobby Nash moves to Los Angeles to start over, where he becomes Captain of the 118, and meets Athena Grant for the first time. The first responders deal with a calamity at a chocolate factory and a mail bomb explosion.

Based on Season Three... Ashleigh is seen enjoying the day with Christopher (Eddie's son) at the beach. However, the beach-goers soon realise a tsunami is heading their way when the waters recede and start running from the beach. Meanwhile, Athena takes action after Michael, May, and Harry experience a traumatic traffic stop, and the 118 race to help protesters at a slaughterhouse and a wife who finds herself trapped in a "rage room."
